Proceed to checkout to purchase the use of our ecard design in your ecard account for a three (3) month period. Before Your Order, Please Review Our Ecard Account/Email Requirements:
When we receive your ecard order, we will send you an emailed proof(s) of your single-sided ecard design for your approval. Once we receive written approval of your ecard design via email, we will provide you with an ecard account. Our ecards can only be sent via our website ecard account.
You will need to create a Contact List inside your ecard account. You may create your email address list either manually or by
uploading a CSV file of your email address list into your ecard account.
We can provide you with an CSV (Excel Sheet) template. You can also export your Outlook contacts to a CSV file. Once you have an account, you can change your password to protect your account and, therefore, since we do not have access to your account or list prior to you setting up your email list, we do not have access to your email account nor do we use your email list for any purpose including NOT selling it to outside third parties.
Once you set up your Contact List, you can send your ecard as many times as you wish during a one time, three (3) month period from the date of purchase.
We reserve all copyrights for the design used in your email account. We do not sell ecards with out designs on them for distribution outside of our website ecard account.

Are my ecard messages confidential?
Your e-card messages are always kept confidential. E-card accounts will only be accessed when it is necessary to set up your order. Once you have an account, you can change your password to protect your account and, therefore, since we do not have access to your account prior to you setting up your email list, we do not have access to your email account or list nor do we use your email list for any purpose including NOT selling it to outside third parties. Savethedatemagic.com reserves the right to work with law enforcement officials in the investigation of possible unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site. Savethedatemagic.com will have no legal responsibility for such disclosures. Please be advised, for order fulfillment or error messages, a customer service representative may have to review your message, ecard or ecard account.
What is an ecard account?
Savethedatemagic.com creates an ecard account to provide you with the chance to create an online address book to keep track of email addresses that you want to send your ecard to during a one time, three month period. Address book information is confidential. That information will not be used for Savethedatemagic.com. However, our company name does appear on FROM address of your emails sent to the person(s) on your email list.
Is sales tax added to my order?
If your order is placed from a Florida address, 7.5% sales tax is added to you order at check-out.
Can I send my ecard design outside of my savethedatemagic.com ecard account or use it for other purposes?
The low resolution ecard design is not suitable for print, it will print pixelated and the ecard cannot be sent via email through any other source than your savethedatemagic.com ecard account. Savethedatemagic.com reserves all copyrights to the design.
