From the date we receive your proof(s) approval to go to print, please allow seven (7) business days for delivery with priority shipping. Please allow three (3) business days for Rush shipping. Rush shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please note that we only print and ship on business days (Monday - Friday).
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is calculated at check-out. We provide 3 day and 7 day delivery to physical addresses within the United States, Canada and some locations in Europe. Please see our FAQ page for other delivery questions.
Is sales tax added to my order?
If your order is placed from a Florida address, 7.5% sales tax is added to you order at check-out.
Can I mail a postcard as a postcard?
Yes, you can mail postcards as postcards. The best paper format is to select gloss front postcards for mailing purposes. Note cards need envelopes because they are printed on linen. Standard and traditional sized postcards can be mailed with the current postcard postage rate. Oversized postcards require the current letter postage rate. Vertical back sides can increase the cost of mailing any postcard. We recommend asking our designers to change your vertical back side to horizontal during the proof approval process.
What do I get on the back side of a single-sided order?
White only on the back side on all products except magnets. Black magnet on the back side of all magnet orders.
